Saw Laura Vitale’s Orange Rolls video on YouTube one morning, couldn’t resist and had them made by night.

I love a good roll, one of my first posts here was me waxing poetic about cinnamon rolls. These are as good as cinnamon rolls and very appropriate for our summery weather. I don’t have an overly sweet tooth so I did not want the orange glaze, and was worried that these would not taste orangey enough, but the orange-level in these were just nice.

I’d recently bought a new Bosch mixer and I was excited to try its dough-mixing capability and I was blown away, no more getting sweaty kneading bread dough, a mixer really makes making bread a breeze.
