This is my 1st time making chiffon cake and boy does the cake deflate upon cooling!
Josephine’s Recipes made making this very straightforward and the recipe was easy to follow. From pureeing the strawberries to taking it out of the oven, the whole process took me about 2 hours and it took the cake about an hour to bake. Pretty fuss free cake that may not look too pretty, but tastes really good. One thing I don’t get is why bang the filled pan on the table when we spent so much time beating the egg whites into a fluffy cloud?
